Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-growth SaaS/Ad-Tech/Marketing.
• Experience hiring for international companies and working in international teams.
• Proven ability to build and lead a recruitment strategy.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates, particularly via LinkedIn Recruiter; share sourcing metrics.
• Experience building dashboards and reports to visualize recruiting data (a plus).
• Strong proficiency in English to consult effectively with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to build candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proficient with a wide range of sourcing tools and ATS; align solutions with hiring plans.
• Data-driven storyteller with a focus on recruitment trends.
• Customer service orientation in Talent Acquisition; deliver high-touch candidate experiences.
• Experience managing recruiting tech platforms (Rippling, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent for business, marketing, and technology positions across seniority levels.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including kickoff ceremonies, interviews, scheduling, feedback, and offers.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports on open roles.
• Identify macro market trends and track candidate sentiment via surveys and data.
• Actively source candidates through outbound searches via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Design and implement a customized hiring process per role.
• Provide employee hiring forecasts to leadership to set expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks via evaluations and workshops for improvement.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure interview readiness.
• Consult on structured interviews and interview best practices for panels.
• Help design challenges or tests as part of hiring.
• Create an efficient, high-touch candidate experience from application to offer.
• Work with the Associate Director of Talent on search progress and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with People Operations for smooth onboarding.
