• Strong sourcing skills and experience building recruitment systems


• Deep understanding of Performance Marketing, AdTech, and User Acquisition


• Proven experience hiring performance marketing specialists and leaders


• Data-driven approach to recruitment


• Fluent Russian and English


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• AI-native mindset
