Job summary

HireHi is seeking a senior recruiting leader to coach and grow a team of up to eight recruiters. You will align talent strategy with business goals and mentor team members through regular feedback and development plans.

In this role you will streamline recruitment processes, introduce new tools, and partner with senior leadership on hiring strategy. You will stay hands-on with 2–3 complex roles per quarter while driving hires across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing 5+ people.
• Strong recruitment and process optimization skills.
• Strategic mindset with good business understanding.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders.
• English at C1+ level.
