Job summary

OFJCC is seeking an experienced HR professional who blends talent acquisition with employee experience, building pipelines and scalable processes. You will shape onboarding, engagement and recognition programs while leveraging data to improve hiring and retention. The role focuses on transforming recruiting through AI and technology, not just posting jobs.

You will partner with hiring managers to design better hiring decisions and create lasting employee experiences across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive HR or talent experience with recruiting ownership.
• Track record building talent pipelines and improving hiring processes.
• Strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers.
• Experience designing or improving employee experience initiatives.
• Ability to use data and recruiting insights to guide decisions.
• Experience with AI and automation to redesign work.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the recruiting engine from sourcing through offer, focusing on candidate quality, speed and experience.
• Create sustainable talent pipelines through schools, job boards, social media and partnerships.
• Shape the employee experience through onboarding, orientation, recognition, engagement and communications.
• Use recruiting and engagement data to identify patterns and focus efforts.
• Apply AI, automation and technology to streamline processes and scale systems.
• Continuously improve the employee lifecycle for thoughtful, efficient experiences.
