Responsibilities include reviewing applications, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the process. The position emphasizes strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle experience a plus).
• E-Verify experience.
• Background screening experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding of new employees ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Measure and monitor new hire activity as onboarding milestones are reached.
• Explain processes and provide status updates to managers and leadership.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and departments to ensure system access and smooth onboarding.
• Assist recruitment: sourcing applications, reviewing, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide updates.
