Job summary

IU Health is seeking a Manager – Talent Acquisition – Campus Based Recruiting to lead the end-to-end TA process across campuses, including workforce planning, campus recruiting, interview coordination, and candidate selections while aligning with total rewards and organizational strategy.

The role requires 5–7 years HR experience, leadership, and strong coaching skills to develop the TA team, implement best practices, and partner with leaders to ensure competitive compensation and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years HR experience; leadership preferred.
• Experience leading TA programs.
• Knowledge of HR functions and regulations.
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting best practices.
• Experience with matrix organizations.
• Ability to coach and develop professionals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS.
