Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a diverse, skilled workforce and support our mission. This hybrid role requires three onsite days at our Corporate office in Massachusetts and periodic travel for events.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment across roles, partner with hiring managers, and drive sourcing strategies using BHN’s ATS and job boards. BHN emphasizes HEART values in a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of talent acquisition experience preferred, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, and internship positions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and BHN’s applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend timely job offers.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Attend job fairs and community events to build pipelines.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Review and update job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Analyze recruitment data and meet quarterly metrics.
• Participate in New Employee Orientation concierge rotation and team coverage.

What You Will Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate throughout the hiring process, and extend timely job offers.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience.
• Attend job fairs, community events, and educational outreach activities to build candidate pipelines.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Review and update job descriptions and postings with hiring managers.
• Analyze recruitment data, meet quarterly metrics, and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
• Participate in the New Employee Orientation concierge rotation and provide team coverage as needed.

Who You Are

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three to five years of talent acquisition experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Committed to inclusive recruitment and reducing bias in hiring.
• Knowledgeable about employment practices and recruitment compliance.
• Able to work onsite five days per week and travel throughout Massachusetts for meetings, job fairs, and community events.
• Reliable transportation required.

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000
