Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Manager, Enterprise Talent Acquisition to deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to plan and execute hiring strategies, and supervise a team of recruiters focused on customer satisfaction and quality of hire.

Under the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will guide sourcing, networking, and pipeline building for roles from Director to frontline staff, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role.
• Project management experience at corporate level.
• Negotiation experience including vendor agreements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Manager, Enterprise Talent Acquisition Is Responsible For Delivering Strategic And Tactical Recruiting Support For Hcsc*S Talent Needs. This Person Is The Main Point Of Contact For Internal Clients And Works With Senior Management To Plan And Execute The Hiring Strategy. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years of years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability.
• Project management work experience on a corporate level.
• Negotiation skills to include vendor agreement experience.
• Exhibited Analytical and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment.
• Experience with high volume Customer Service Recruitment
• Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
