FiberLight is growing! We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our high-volume hiring efforts while optimizing our recruitment processes for efficiency and impact. This role requires a data-driven person who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for continuous improvement, and can develop a talent program throughout the organization.

Position Overview

  1. Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent using a mix of outbound sourcing, executive search techniques, and personal networks to fill critical roles across sales, marketing, leadership, and technical functions.
  2. Establish and refine recruiting processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  3. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to advise on talent strategy, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions that impact the business.
  4. Create an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement to offer acceptance.
  5. Drive continuous improvement in hiring strategies, assessing, optimizing, and implementing new methods to enhance hiring outcomes, team efficiency, and leadership satisfaction.
  6. Leverage recruiting data to proactively update leadership and HR partners on hiring status and results.
  7. Lead employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.
  8. Develop marketing and outreach strategies highlighting company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruitment, including direct research.
  2. Experience handling complex and senior-level hiring within an in-house setting, with contact up to senior leadership.
  3. A well-organized, decisive, and self-directed individual capable of fostering a collaborative organizational culture.
  4. Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking systems.
  5. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  6. Paylocity experience is a plus.
