Position Summary
In this role, you will lead full cycle strategic recruiting across all Rosecrance Affiliates, which enables the organization to meet its client experience, quality, and operational goals across clinical and non-clinical areas. The Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops/negotiates offers with candidates and creates the onboarding experience for all new hires. This position is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance of recruiting policies and practices. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, lead a team of recruiters, enhance employer branding, and ensure a positive and compliant hiring experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to lead full- cycle recruitment strategies.
At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
Healthcare industry experience ( 2+ years) strongly preferred.
PHR or SHRM- CP certification preferred.
Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams to achieve hiring goals and support organizational growth.
In- depth knowledge of recruitment systems, employment law, and talent acquisition best practices.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with a demonstrated ability to navigate and leverage recruitment technologies.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee full- cycle recruitment for clinical, professional, and administrative roles across the organization.
Design, implement, and manage strategic sourcing initiatives and Talent Acquisition programs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Utilize proactive, traditional, and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
Participate directly in the recruitment and onboarding of high- level and executive positions.
Partner with department leaders to understand current and future staffing needs, building scalable and sustainable hiring strategies.
Analyze workforce trends and data to identify talent gaps, forecast hiring demands, and establish recruitment priorities.
Provide strategic direction and daily oversight to the recruiting team to ensure effective support of high- volume and leadership hiring.
Collaborate with senior leadership to coordinate timely, efficient, and effective onboarding for leadership- level hires.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Source and engage diverse talent through job boards, professional networks, community partnerships, and recruitment events.
Continuously improve and optimize recruitment systems ( e. g., ATS), processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Track and report on recruiting performance indicators, including time- to- fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
Ensure consistent, professional, and timely communication with candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Implement tools and best practices to assess candidate alignment with Rosecrance’s mission, values, and organizational culture.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and applicable accreditation standards ( e. g., Joint Commission, SUPR, DMH).
Manage relationships with external recruiting vendors to ensure quality hires and compliance with position requirements.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding and adherence to the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
Perform all duties in alignment with the mission, vision, values, and service standards of Rosecrance.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a role model to staff and external partners, upholding positive guest relations and representing Rosecrance with professionalism.
Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
