Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will lead a team of recruiters supporting the hiring process for front line roles in our plants with a focus to build strong relationships with leadership and drive a great candidate experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team of remote recruiters on processes, systems, and recruiting strategies
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with cross functional teams as needed on initiatives or situations that arise
- Work to ensure one source of data and leverage reporting to drive business decisions
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities are compliant with company policies and relevant labor laws
- Work with Talent Acquisition team and HRIS to determine enhancements and efficiencies within the system to drive automation where appropriate and data accuracy
- Develop and maintain documentation around recruiting resources and processes
- Assist in development and delivery of trainings where needed in the department and business
- Customize, implement, and manage the campus recruitment efforts for our facilities
- Identify, develop, and implement new resources within the Talent Acquisition space for Maker’s Pride
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other business areas
- Minimum of five years of progressive Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience with a minimum of 1 year of management experience
- Demonstrated success leading Human Resources/Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Experience directly in Talent Acquisition working with all levels of leadership
- Experience working in and/or implementing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Working understanding and/or knowledge of Federal, State and local laws and how they apply to the organization
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills, specifically experience with PowerPoint, ATS, Excel, and Texting Technologies
- Up to 5-10% travel to events or plant facilities
The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $97,210-$145,814/ year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
