Inceed is partnering with a Kansas City company to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager on a contract basis. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for core operations, partnering with hiring managers to source passive candidates, screen effectively, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across the hiring process.

You will manage a heavy requisition load—roughly 20 to 35 open roles—drive timely decisions, and build strong relationships with both candidates and managers to align on

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Full-desk, client-facing recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience working with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Compensation: $45-$50/hr. Depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity for a recruiting professional who knows how to move quickly, build trust, and influence hiring decisions. You’ll support core operations hiring, partnering closely with managers to source passive candidates, manage a healthy requisition load, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role is open due to continued growth and increased hiring demand.
