This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for technical and field leadership roles, working closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing technical or specialized talent preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and field leadership roles across multiple project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support ongoing recruiting needs.

This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for large-scale projects, working closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top technical talent. The recruiting team works in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration, autonomy, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and field leadership roles across multiple project sites Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the ATS and internal tracking tools Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support ongoing recruiting needs
