Job description

CB Partners is looking for an experienced Recruiter based in the Kansas City area with a proven track record of recruiting talent on a national scale. This person will play a key role in supporting a large candidate pipeline, identifying top talent across multiple markets, and delivering exceptional recruiting results.

We’re looking for a recruiter who knows how to build relationships, execute targeted search strategies, and engage high-caliber candidates across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for executive and senior-level searches across national markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries and geographies.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber passive candidates nationwide.
• Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining organization, urgency, and follow-through.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, leadership capabilities, motivations, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, pipeline reporting, and search progress within the ATS/CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in executive search, senior-level recruiting, or professional recruiting.
• Demonstrated success recruiting candidates across multiple U.S. markets.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
• A track record of building robust talent pipelines and managing complex searches.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS/CRM.
