Group O, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a recruiting team across Milan, IL and Fort Worth, TX, while maintaining an active slate of requisitions.

The role blends strategy with execution, building scalable processes and partnering with leaders to forecast workforce needs. You will drive time-to-fill metrics, uphold compliance with EEO and OFCCP, and develop a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership of a recruiting team
• Ability to manage own requisitions while leading a team
• Understanding of employment laws and OFCCP requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Willingness to travel to locations and recruiting events as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team with clear priorities and feedback
• Handle hands-on recruiting across exempt and leadership roles
• Source pipelines via direct outreach, referrals, networks, and campus events
• Maintain accurate and well-utilized applicant tracking in Pinpoint
• Partner with leaders to align hiring timelines with workforce needs
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance to drive improvement
• Ensure hiring practices comply with EEO and affirmative action requirements
• Manage vendor partnerships with cost and quality oversight
• Contribute recruiting content to client proposals and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses
