Job summary

JD Logistics (JDL) is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growing U.S. operations. This role covers end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, operations, and corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

The successful candidate will manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, proactively source qualified talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in fast-paced industries.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple requisitions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, operations, or high-volume roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US operations across warehouse, logistics, and corporate roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on business needs and market conditions.
• Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with needs and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing activities.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records and data.
