Role Summary

The Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy for enterprise hiring excluding executive level and encompassing over ~12,000 new hires/year. This leader will play a critical role in accelerating business performance by delivering a best-in-class recruiting and hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers while ensuring speed, quality, consistency, and compliance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and innovative leader who has a proven track record of delivering business outcomes, simplifying processes, innovating with technology, and building high-performing teams. This role requires strong partnerships with senior executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders, across multiple regions, to ensure workforce needs are anticipated and met with exceptional talent solutions - at a high speed.
