Job summary

RB Global in Westchester, IL, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape hiring strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and oversee the RPO partnership to deliver scalable, high‑quality talent solutions.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role balances hands‑on execution with forward‑looking strategy, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to meet growth goals and build a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in recruiting, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven success building recruitment strategies in fast-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong partnerships with business leaders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with growth goals and workforce planning.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer, HRBPs, and leaders to shape proactive hiring priorities.
• Balance daily recruiting operations with long-term initiatives to boost capability and time-to-fill.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team for high-quality delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Manage and optimize the RPO partnership with aligned goals and SLAs.
• Leverage data analytics and market insights to improve efficiency and diversity pipelines.
• Champion a strong candidate journey with clear communication and structured processes.
• Support hiring managers with advisory guidance and streamlined workflows.
• Identify and remove barriers to promote fairness and efficiency.
