GE Vernova seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and to shape the organization’s hiring strategy across multiple functions and geographies in the United States.

You will build high-performing teams, partner with business leaders, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while advancing labor market insights and innovative recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategy in a complex organization.
• Proven success in coaching and developing recruiting teams.
• Strong consultative skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with recruitment metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire across functions, levels, and geographies.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, networking, and talent communities.
• Leverage sourcing approaches, recruitment technologies, and partnerships to identify high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve hiring goals.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership to understand talent needs.
• Provide labor market intelligence, competitive insights, and recruitment recommendations.
• Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of hire.
