GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead a regional team across the Americas, translating global TA Operations strategy into effective regional delivery. You will oversee Lead and Senior TA Operations members, drive process adoption, and partner with recruiting teams to enhance the candidate experience.

The role requires strong leadership, data analytics, and expertise in recruiting technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
• 12+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 10+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations
• 5+ years of People Leadership experience
• Experience leading cross-functional remote and diverse teams
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Fluent English communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work across Americas time zones

Responsabilités

• Lead regional TA Operations initiatives and priorities across the Americas
• Manage a regional team of TA Operations professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
• Drive regional adoption of recruiting processes, standards, tools, and technologies
• Monitor metrics, workload, capacity, and data integrity to identify trends and risks
• Use data analytics to reinforce accountability and performance
• Partner with recruiting teams to improve candidate, recruiter and hiring leader experience
• Apply Lean methodologies to process improvements and projects
• Collaborate with technology teams on recruiting tools implementation and adoption
• Ensure compliance with policies, privacy regulations, and local requirements across the region
• Support governance activities and regional compliance reviews
• Serve as regional point of contact for TA Operations escalations
• Contribute regional insights to global TA Operations projects
• Foster a culture of belonging, growth and continuous improvement
