Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers and guiding them through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closure.

You will source passive and active candidates, manage pipelines in the ATS, and share market insights to strengthen the team. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required with 3 years in recruiting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent with 4 years of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle - intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, close across Manufacturing, Sourcing, EHS, and Quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers as their trusted partner.
• Source and engage active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS data accuracy and compliance.
• Share knowledge and market insights to strengthen the team.
