Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions and geographies.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning objectives.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, networking, and talent community engagement.
• Leverage recruitment technologies and partnerships to identify high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve hiring goals.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
• Drive adoption of best practices and efficient workflows.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand talent needs.
• Serve as a strategic advisor with labor market intelligence and insights.
• Influence hiring decisions and workforce planning with data-driven recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to support recruitment.
• Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency, speed, and quality.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks while enabling scalable practices.
• Promote automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity.
• Promote standardized practices while remaining adaptable to business needs.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and pipeline health.
• Develop and present insights to leadership based on data and market intelligence.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve recruitment effectiveness.
