GE Vernova is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage the full-cycle process for a diverse set of roles. You will source, assess, and engage active and passive candidates while guiding hiring managers with market insights and compensation guidance.

You will maintain ATS data, influence recruiting strategies, and lead offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Experience in recruitment with sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting within manufacturing or related sectors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions, sourcing, screening, and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process; lead offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and reporting requirements.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and promote the employer brand via networking and social channels.
