Job summary

Century Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead internal recruiting efforts and shape the future of the organization. You will attract top recruiters, sales professionals, and corporate talent, building strong relationships with executives and hiring managers.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and create an exceptional candidate experience while driving data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful recruiting experience.
• Sourcing, networking, evaluating and hiring top talent.
• Active professional network within Southern California.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to identify and attract talent across the organization.
• Build sourcing strategies and pipelines that deliver high-quality candidates.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding.
• Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct recruiting.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience reflecting Century Group's culture and brand.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Provide candidate feedback, hiring recommendations, and actionable guidance.
• Use recruiting metrics to improve outcomes and drive data-based decisions.
• Collaborate on workforce planning to anticipate future needs.
