Job summary

Govineer Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own how we hire across engineering, product, implementation, customer success, sales, and G&A. You will be the primary recruiting partner for every hiring manager in the company.

You will design our interviewing workflows in our HRIS/ATS, coach managers on best practices, and report on time to fill, source effectiveness, and new-hire retention. This role emphasizes a great candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS/tech
• Experience hiring across engineering, product, sales, CS and G&A
• Proven ability to design and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and interview plans
• Source and build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill SaaS roles
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and offers, with market insight
• Develop structured, behavioral interview processes and train teams
