GAI Consultants is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our energetic team. You will source candidates for planning, engineering and environmental consulting roles, building a robust pipeline and engaging passive candidates.

You will partner with leadership to translate hiring needs into targeted search strategies, manage candidate data, and support the interview process while maintaining high data integrity. Flexible remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience recruiting for Transportation Engineering Services for State DOTs and Local Agencies.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in the social digital and recruitment arena.
• 5+ years sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
• 5 years’ experience defining and implementing research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using industry knowledge, social media, Technical Operations, and mission-focused knowledge to bring those candidates to GAI.
• Research market conditions and industry trends related to competitors to assist in decision-making for marketing positions.
• Utilize professional networks to source candidates for active requisitions.
• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, social media, and search engines with Boolean searches.
• Promote GAI employer brand messaging on social networks to drive traffic to open roles.
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions with a high-volume focus.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create solutions for hard-to-fill positions.
• Maintains data integrity of the candidate management database.
• Extensive data mining of social media to identify candidate profiles.
• Domestic travel to assist with events up to 15%.
