Job summary

Sedron Technologies, LLC is seeking a Talent Manager to own end-to-end talent acquisition, from workforce planning to a new hire’s first days and Day 1 experience.

You will partner with the Chief People Officer and Directors to lead senior and elevated recruiting, manage external search firms, and design scalable processes that support growth across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles. Remote work is possible with quarterly office visits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including senior/leadership roles.
• Experience owning recruiting programs and managing agency partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliant hiring practices.
• Proven ability to design and optimize recruiting processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full talent acquisition function across locations and roles.
• Forecast hiring needs and build recruiting plans for new facility launches.
• Lead employer branding, recruiting marketing, and campus presence.
• Partner with executives on market conditions, role design, and sourcing.
• Coordinate candidate travel and on-site interview logistics.
