Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full‑cycle recruiting, build strong talent pipelines, and act as the trusted partner to leadership in hiring decisions. The role emphasizes Topgrading and proactive sourcing to support growth.

The candidate will strengthen employer branding, partner with educational institutions and communities, and continuously improve recruiting analytics to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive, full‑cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and hiring manager consulting skills.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting tech, and AI tools (Paylocity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy in partnership with business leaders.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and interview coaching.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
• Use metrics to drive continuous recruiting improvements.
