• Responsible for all recruiting and hiring for Advantage Behavioral Health Services.
• Develop and implement overall recruiting strategy alongside Senior Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill department needs including part-time, full-time, contractors and interns.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure smooth onboarding with HR.
