Job summary

Providence Health & Services in California seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to align recruitment strategy with business priorities, build stakeholder partnerships, and drive hiring outcomes at scale across markets and enterprise functions.

You will lead high-level recruitment strategies, partner with HR, Shared Services, and vendor partners, manage workforce planning, and elevate the candidate experience while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into talent acquisition solutions for their area of responsibility.
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition service delivery with vendor partners to meet forecasted demand.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement enterprise and regional solutions.
• Ensure recruitment approaches align with enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy and best practices.
• Lead area-specific recruitment strategies based on workforce planning and market insights.
