Job summary

Horizon Health Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment, develop strategic sourcing, and partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs. You will optimize recruitment processes, advise on market trends, and manage vendor relationships within the TA space.

The role requires experience leading recruiters, building pipelines, and ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR and talent acquisition experience, including exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Minimum 3 years developing recruitment strategies, sourcing initiatives, and talent pipelines.
• Experience using UKG, recruiting platforms, social media recruiting tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and pre-boarding for employees and leadership roles.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast staffing and develop recruiting strategies.
• Advise on market trends, sourcing recommendations, and hiring process improvements.
