Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to guide talent acquisition and retention across key business units. The role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, delivering strategic guidance and ensuring recruitment plans align with business objectives and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of applicable experience with at least 6 years in Human Resources
• 3 years leadership or management experience.
• PHR or SPHR strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of Talent Acquisition advisors in the development and execution of recruiting plans that are consistent with company Talent Acquisition philosophy and also align with hiring managers’ and business line needs.
• Consults with business line leaders regarding strategic goals, provides guidance regarding the impact of laws, policies and practices, and options for reaching desired outcomes.
• Forecasts talent pipeline requirements in line with overall business strategies and ensures successful implementation.
• Understands the business of assigned partners, sharing knowledge with staff and guiding HR projects.
• Delivers timely information and data in department and business line meetings, supporting staff development.
• Recruits, coaches and manages performance to maintain highly skilled, engaged staff and align HR strategy with business strategy.
