Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. seeks a player-coach to lead the talent acquisition function and drive strategic searches. You will develop and execute a forward-looking TA strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a rapidly evolving workforce landscape.
The ideal candidate combines recruiting leadership with enablement, analytics, technology, and change leadership, partnering with business leaders to position TA as a driver of growth.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across functions.
- Experience utilizing ATS, sourcing tech, recruitment analytics.
- Strong business acumen and consultative leadership.
