AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of TA Advisors, guiding recruitment and retention strategies for multiple business lines. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on talent management to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of applicable experience with at least 6 years in Human Resources
• 3 years leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of Talent Acquisition advisors in developing and executing recruiting plans aligned with TA philosophy and business needs.
• Advises business line leaders on laws, policies, practices, and options for talent acquisition and retention while staying compliant.
• Forecasts and plans talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategies and ensures implementation.
• Gains business knowledge of partners, including industry, jobs, and strategic imperatives to guide staff support.
• Presents timely data in department and business line meetings.
• Oversees daily activities of TA advisors supporting one or more business lines; mentors and manages performance for a skilled team.
• Links HR strategy to business strategy and guides staff to execute both.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
