AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment plans for vacancies, coordinate implementation, and lead talent sourcing across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience performing Human Resources related work with 2+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to analyze and develop recruitment plans for vacancies.
• Develop competencies and interview questions, coordinate testing and interview models.
• Conduct candidate searches using databases, networking, and social media; identify new sourcing channels.
• Prescreen applications to evaluate history, training, and skills; participate in interviews as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
• Make salary recommendations and extend offers; participate in negotiations as needed.
• Meet KPIs by managing the recruiting process and stakeholder guidance.
• Learn the business context of assigned clients and engage in project work.
• Attend meetings with Business Lines and support talent acquisition projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to analyze and develop recruitment plans for current and anticipated vacancies. Develops strategies for filling posted positions, coordinate implementation, and facilitate recruiting meetings.
• Recommends and facilitates interview model, develops competency based behavioral interview questions, and coordinates job specific assessment testing.
• Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using various resources such as: computer databases, networking, internet recruiting sources, media, social media, and referrals. Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Reviews applications and prescreens job candidates in order to evaluate work history, training, education and job skills to determine eligibility for consideration. Participates in interviews as needed.
• Ensures a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates and delivering a smooth interview process.
• Extends employment offers, makes salary recommendations, and conducts salary negotiations, as needed.
• Responsible for meeting KPIs by effectively managing recruiting process, maintaining strong candidate engagement, and advising stakeholders through hiring process.
• Actively seeks to learn and understand business of assigned clients
• Participates in meetings with Business Lines.
• Assists on key talent acquisition projects, by collaborating with teams, support project planning, and ensuring goals are reached.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or other related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience performing Human Resources related work with 2 or more years in a Talent Acquisition function.
• HR certification preferred.

Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies including Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn is a plus.

• Effective analytical skills, along with effective oral, written and presentation communication skills to enable accurate completion of assignments and effective interaction with all levels of associates.
• Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing strategies, interview practices, and candidate selection processes.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence others
• Ability to listen and understand information presented through spoken or written words, as well as convey information effectively to others in both individual and group settings

Ability to learn and work effectively with Human Resources related technology, including systems, software, and social media. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and Internet technology.
