AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a strategic Recruiting Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized professional and sales roles. You will engage leaders, advise on market trends, and shape proactive sourcing strategies to meet immediate hiring goals and long-term workforce planning.

You willConsult with sales leaders, manage offer negotiations, and build strong pipelines through proactive outreach while ensuring a superior candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Deep understanding of talent market trends and sourcing strategies.
• Proven record sourcing and closing candidates across functions and levels.
• Ability to manage workload and pivot to changing business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Use recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Preferred: experience sourcing passive sales candidates and using Workday/LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales recruiting lifecycle and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Advise sales leaders on market trends, compensation, and sourcing options.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and search strategy.
• Lead the offer process with salary analysis and competitive proposals.
• Use data and pipeline activity to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
• Build pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship-based sourcing.
• Maintain compliant, transparent recruiting records and candidate experience.
