ISCO Industries, a Louisville, KY-based end-to-end piping solutions provider, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment strategy across functions. You will own the full-cycle process, partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.

You will mentor a TA team, develop sourcing strategies, leverage AI tools, and build strong pipelines for critical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 5 years leading a Talent Acquisition team with full-cycle recruiting responsibility.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.

Responsabilités

• Leads full cycle recruiting for open positions across the organization, from intake and sourcing through first day onboarding.
• Executes executive and leadership recruiting and coaches others in hard-to-fill roles.
• Improves recruiting processes, tools, and practices to maximize ROI and candidate experience.
• Uses AI tools and data metrics to drive performance and decisions.
