Qualifications

• Leads full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with hiring managers.
• Executes sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Improves recruiting processes, standards, and ROI through data.
• Experience with AI recruiting tools.
• Travel as needed to engage with talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Leads full cycle recruiting for open positions, from intake to onboarding.
• Manages executive and leadership recruiting; acts as player/coach.
• Develops and improves recruiting processes and ROI.
• Builds proactive pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Assists employer branding and external partnerships.
• Ensures consistent candidate experience across departments.
