Job summary

CB&I seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage full-cycle Talent Acquisition globally, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers, and coordinating onboarding.

You will partner with local HR reps and support ATS maintenance while contributing to workforce planning and recruiting initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR and 2+ years in TA, with a BS in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Typically, 3+ years HR experience.
• 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
• BS in Business (HR Management) or equivalent.
• Experience in the Engineering & Construction industry.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws for area of remit.
• Project site or construction craft HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of Talent Acquisition globally for the business.
• Research, source, evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Support interview and selection process with local HR representatives.
• Assist with ATS maintenance and onboarding coordination.
• Suggest updates to policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Handle workforce planning activities and staffing plans.
