Job summary

CDM Investment Group, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting across our company, partnering with HR, hiring leaders, and Marketing to support current needs and build stronger talent pipelines for the future. This role will own the recruiting experience and SAP SuccessFactors ATS.

The role requires hands-on recruiting for experienced and early‑career talent, building pipelines, improving processes, and traveling 25–30% to support campus recruiting seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience with hands-on sourcing.
• Experience with college recruiting, internship, or early-career programs.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple businesses or geographic markets.
• Sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or similar ATS/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on recruiting and sourcing for assigned non-union positions.
• Develop practical sourcing strategies with hiring leaders.
• Build pipelines for recurring, hard-to-fill and future needs.
• Lead college, internship, and early-career recruiting efforts.
• Partner with Marketing and operating companies to tell authentic stories about careers.
