You will partner with executive leadership to align workforce planning, develop scalable recruiting programs, and drive data-driven decisions across technical, engineering, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate balances strategic vision with operational excellence, champions experience, and builds high-performing teams while advancing diversity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field required; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in progressive talent acquisition with 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience building enterprise recruiting strategies in high-growth tech.
• Experience partnering with executives on workforce planning and growth.
• Proven ability to recruit across technical, engineering, sales and exec functions.
• Strong leadership, coaching and analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience implementing ATS, CRM, and AI recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and critical gaps.
• Lead searches for executive and leadership roles and manage external networks.
• Build scalable recruiting programs with focus on speed, quality, diversity, and cost.
• Oversee recruiting operations, process excellence, and candidate experience.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to report on hiring performance and insights.
• Promote employer brand and campus/early career recruiting initiatives.
