• Partner with HR and departments to enhance recruiting tools and processes.
• Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
• Cultivate external relationships to source diverse talent and strengthen employer brand.
• Apply independent judgment in significant matters.
• Maintain attendance and be flexible for nights/ weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
