Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record delivering high-quality candidates.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor direct reports throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
Ability to apply data to drive talent acquisition performance.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, policies and procedures related to recruitment.
Ability to establish a positive team culture that boosts performance and engagement.
Ability to liaise with unit leadership and HR to resolve strategy or technology issues.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong oral and written communication and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

Embedded with ARL, supervising a team of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Manage a requisition workload and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers.
