Job summary

Preventive Measures is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Allentown, PA to lead full-cycle recruitment. You will source passive candidates, post jobs, screen resumes, and interview applicants, coordinating with management to fill roles efficiently.

You will also track pipelines, manage salary reviews, and ensure credentialing compliance while representing the company at job fairs and across departments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer service focus.
• Knowledge of hiring regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates via sourcing methods.
• Handle job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates for fit.
• Facilitate interview process with management.
• Back up and cross-train on talent initiatives as needed.
• Track pipeline and set priorities.
• Maintain salary reviews and compensation charts.
• Communicate credentialing compliance and tracking.
• Represent the company at job fairs.
• Maintain talent, hiring, onboarding, and processing in ADP.
• Perform other duties as needed.
