The role requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and proficiency with ATS (Taleo preferred) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (or combination of education and related experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition for professional and contract staff roles.
• Experience using ATS to manage open positions and candidates; Taleo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including attracting, evaluating, and referring candidates.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define interview process and role requirements.
• Identify position requirements; develop job advertisements and screen resumes/applications.
• Build and maintain sourcing methods to keep an ongoing pipeline for key positions.
• Advise managers on recruiting legislation and best practices; train on interviewing.
• Manage requisitions in ATS and maintain compliant candidate records.
• Support execution of EEO commitments in the organization’s AAP plan.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to keep strategy and processes competitive.
