Ginger Cove in Annapolis, MD is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and support workforce development across our community. You will attract, source, and hire qualified talent while partnering with department leadership to meet staffing needs.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruitment professional with strong relationship-building, strategic sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel ~20% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership, department directors, and hiring managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology; Paycom preferred.

• Lead and manage full-cycle talent acquisition across all departments (clinical, culinary, hospitality, administrative, environmental services, maintenance, leadership).
• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and develop hiring priorities.
• Develop short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment activities from posting and sourcing through evaluation, interviewing, offers, screenings, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, referrals, partnerships, and outreach.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners to create talent pipelines.
• Represent Ginger Cove at local career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.
• Lead recruitment marketing initiatives to position Ginger Cove as employer of choice.
• Develop recruitment metrics and dashboards to evaluate hiring activity, time-to-fill, and turnover trends.
• Analyze workforce data to identify hiring challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Manage ATS and recruitment tech ensuring accurate records and efficient workflows.
• Establish consistent recruitment processes and communication standards for candidate and manager experience.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviews, compensation, timelines, and labor market conditions.
• Develop relationships with external agencies and staffing partners as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration across departments.
• Stay current on talent acquisition trends and market conditions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
