Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• At least two years of talent acquisition experience, incl. ATS (Paycor preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Knowledge or experience with other HR functions such as benefits or employee relations helpful.
• Must possess good time management skills and excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
• Sources, recruits, screens, and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles.
• Reviews and assesses applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews.
• Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.
• Prepares and extends job offers.
• Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and coordinates drug screens and background checks.
• Implements HR programs and services including compensation and benefits and training and development.
• Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
• Conducts external benchmarking across multiple HR disciplines.
• Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records.
