Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across retail, corporate, and executive roles. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through hire.

You will leverage modern recruiting techniques, maintain Workday ATS data integrity, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent strategies with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proven ability to manage interview processes and provide updates promptly.
