Job summary

Flint Group in Annapolis, MD seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead all recruitment and retention efforts, building a pipeline of skilled technicians and leaders. The role reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to Flint’s VP of Talent Acquisition.

The successful candidate will source talent, onboard effectively, forecast staffing needs, manage retention reporting, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement candidate-focused strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, HR, communications or related field.
• Proven experience leading recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention efforts across the company.
• Build a pipeline of technicians, licensed staff and leaders.
• Oversee onboarding, retention reporting and workforce planning.
• Partner with senior management to forecast staffing needs and budgets.
• Drive an inclusive recruitment strategy and strong employer brand.
