Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Bethesda, MD. This full-cycle recruiter role focuses on delivering best-in-class experiences for candidates and hiring managers from first contact through hiring, across passive and active sourcing strategies.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to align talent strategies, maintain data integrity in Workday, and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on retail, corporate, and executive staffing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of social recruitment; employer branding initiatives preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Knowledge of automated applicant/requisition tracking systems.
• Comfortable navigating a decentralized, matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Support enterprise-wide talent acquisition recruitment.
• Work with Internal Talent Acquisition, HR, and Hiring Managers to align talent attraction and pipeline strategies with business needs.
• Review minimum qualifications and job profiles to identify evaluation criteria.
• Provide expert-level usage of selection, assessment tools, and screening.
• Facilitate and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Manage candidate lifecycle including coordinating interviews and assessments.
• Maintain Workday ATS data/reporting, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Support initiatives that drive process improvement and SOPs.
• Support special projects as needed.
